Well-maintained hotel in an amazing building with excellent views of the valley. What a marvellous location on top of the cliff! Near the restaurant, and 40 ft bridge. Appetising food, polite staff right from the receptionist. Quick check in and smooth check out. Everything good...

A breathtaking view of misty mountains, delicious buffet meals, and courteous staff made my stay at Sterling unforgettable. The architecture and location were amazing, perfect for a peaceful retreat. The only drawback was the limited variety of buffet spreads. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent Easter weekend at a resort in the hills. The views were spectacular and the breakfast buffet was delightful. The variety of food and the hot coffee made my day. The location was perfect, surrounded by greenery and fresh air. I also appreciated that the resort offered a complimentary shuttle service to a nearby attraction.
The rooms were outdated and needed a thorough cleaning. The bed sheets were old and had a musty smell.

The hotel's location on the hilltop provides a breathtaking view from anywhere. Hotel facilities are clean, and the staff, especially Mr. Vijayan, provided super tasty food in the chaif and Zing restaurants. The staff's pre-arranging sightseeing service was cooperative, making the stay more comfortable.
Didn't dislike anything about this hotel property.
